As a psychotherapist, meditation practitioner and yoga teacher, I approach mental health from a non-judgmental, holistic perspective which honors each client’s unique experience and needs. My therapeutic process is designed to increase your self-awareness, promote greater self-acceptance and empower you to build on your natural strengths to help you reach your personal goals.

I offer wisdom, compassion and a trauma informed embodied approach to help you integrate physical, mental and spiritual aspects of your life to improve your overall well-being.

I currently offer individual online psychotherapy sessions for adults in the State of Maryland using HIPPA compliant telehealth platforms. I do not participate directly with any insurance networks, however I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement which may vary according to your plan's out of network benefits.

My intention as a therapist is to create a friendly, non-judgmental space that facilitates healing and growth by accessing your natural inner wisdom and strengths. I utilize Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and mindfulness practices as well as other healing modalities that are informed by both modern neuroscience as well as contemplative traditions. I welcome clients from all cultural, racial, ethnic, gender, sexual, socioeconomic, religious, or spiritual backgrounds.

I have experience treating individuals navigating a wide range of life circumstances including: depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, chronic illness, eating disorders, addictive processes, relationship issues, life transitions, grief and trauma. My holistic approach to therapy acknowledges the whole person within the context of their lives and prioritizes creating balance within their systems over diagnosing and managing symptoms. While I acknowledge that each individual is on a unique journey and has different needs, I believe that everyone has inherent capabilities, strengths and the basic potential for growth and healing. Within the safety of the therapeutic relationship we can welcome challenges as opportunities for positive transformation together.
